Who is a Dealer?

A Dealer is an Aquarium and/or Pet Store, Aquarium Maintenance Company or Scuba Diving Store that purchases and maintains an inventory of goods to be sold to the end consumers — people who use the products. A Dealer must hold a valid resale permit and collect applicable taxes for products sold.
